This is awful. What happened? Did you turn it on and it said this or did you get it setup and something happened? Maybe try DFU mode and plug into iTunes to set it up?

So apparently if this happens it's not recognized during activation. Verizon had to manually input my information for my new phone into the system. Right now I'm doing my update to 10.0.1 I'll update if I can make a phone call

Update: everything is fine.
FYI for all of you who are wondering...
The dongle used wth my nice headphones sounds fantastic.
The stereo speakers are great.
Camera... eh so far
Screen... I'm not really seeing that big of a difference to be honest. Maybe a little better color.
Home button is really cool. It feels like a click with out the click, got to try it out for yourself.
