i ordered about 830a CST and recv'd a 9/28 delivery date but i wanted it shipped to another address and they had to cancel my order and now i have a 10/5 delivery date...rats!

Verizon just charged my card the full amount and I thought I was getting ready to get excited. I check my order status and it still shows processing with delivery date 9-23. Now I'm completely lost on how Verizon does thing.

Note to self next year pre-order from Apple direct!!!

Update! VZW just charged my card for the taxes. I also got a txt saying my order is in process and I will recieve and tracking number when it ships. I hope it ships tomm or Thursday. My estimated ship date is 9/23 and I was told I wouldnt be charged until it was getting ready to ship this is good news I guess!

And if not I will just wait til 9/23 or try VZW on Friday

Same here, delivery date on my email says 9/23 and I was just charged today, 128GB 7 plus matte black. Based on previous years, it will be here on Friday. Order status hasn't changed on the website yet.

Ordered one 128GB rose gold & one 128GB matte black at 7:30AM EST. Got tracking information this morning for the rose gold. The matte black still shows 9/23 delivery date.

So I ordered about 4am the rose gold 128gb through Verizon online because it had a 9/16 delivery date. Email confirmation said delivery date 9/16. Now check order status 9/28 expected ship date. Verizon is upsetting me!!

The same happened to me but I got my shipping info today. Should be here on Friday

Got tracking email from Verizon for 9-16 deliver. 128 gig black 7 plus original ship date was 9-23. So happy right now!!!
