In store pick up for a pre order.

Hello:

When you pick up a pre ordered phone, are you able to recycle your old phone and use that gift card on the purchase of your preordered phone?

I want to recycle my old phone, but I don't know if you are able to use that credit on the preordered phone since that transaction has already taken place.

Can someone tell me when you preorder and pick up in store can you choose the date you want to pick it up or does it have to be the 16th?

Usually with most pre orders once you order and comes available you have so many days to pick up.

If you are paying for it during the preorder process, then you just get the gift card. If you simply made a pick up reservation then yes you can apply the gift card to the purchase
