I've got several of the silicone cases - red, white, ocean blue, and midnight blue - and not a single one of them has peeling issues. My wife has the pink sand and stone silicone cases, and there is no peeling on her's either. Perhaps the people leaving reviews on the Apple site are dropping the cases? Maybe they're chewing on them? I could see how that would cause chunks of the silicone to peel off.

Probably the way they're removing and replacing or if they only have one it will get a lot more wear than you who switches them out.

Good point. Using several for a shorter period of time would save wear and tear over those who use one or two all the time.

I have every color and I make sure I use the squishy part of my thumbs to remove.

None of my cases have peeling. I switch mine up a bit. Probably once every two weeks but I am careful with mine.

The official leather case feels wonderful after using the silicon one. And it actually smells like real leather too. Oo

Does not come with the old plastic screen protectors. Looks like LP is really enforcing the no screen protection thing....or maybe mine didn't come with any. Back isn't frosted like the last few NUUDs, it's crystal clear. I took a pic of the back for the curious.

First off, a comment about installation...okay, a few comments. First, insert phone into back of case, not the front frame. Second, be aware of the new volume rocker for the vibrate switch. Half of it is supposed to be under the front frame, while the actual switch itself is supposed to be between the frame and the outside. Third, no rainbows for the win (Truck, I'm talking to you!). Fourth, have a can Of air or a blowing medium of your choice to blow out the back piece. Anyways....

Any questions? Taking it for a test drive before I write my review. Also, sorry for the crap pics. My Air 2 just doesn't do it justice.
