If you have Apple Care + for the device it another type of insurance on it, now would be good time to use it. You can also make a Genius Bar appointment with the nearest Apple store to have them diagnose the problem for you.
Hello Connor and welcome to iMore. I'm sorry that you're having issues with your phone. I agree that you need to have it repaired or replaced. I would make an appointment at the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store, or, if you don't have an Apple Store nearby, consult an authorized 3rd Party Service Provider. Please keep us posted on how you are doing with this.
I'm assuming its a 6S, as that is where he posted this thread, BUT you never know. In any event, likely his best option is to upgrade his phone. Time for a brand new iPhone XR?

Yeah, in TapaTalk, I don't always look up to see. That does look like a hardware issue. Not worth paying to fix for a 6s. I know at Verizon, they have a new 6s for $350 or $14.58 per month for 24 months.
