    Hi everyone!

I recently signed up for more iCloud storage with the idea of backing up my iPhone 6.

However, when I enter the iCloud Storage and go to Backups, it says last backed up 'yesterday' but backup size 'Zero KB'. Photos, documents and data seem to be stored but no backups. It says 'Loading' and gets stuck on that!

    Everything is selected for backup.

Please see the image below, I have linked it via image sharing platform, not sure how to embed sorry. Any idea how to get my stuff backed up? I am running iOS 10.3 because i am a bit worried about having battery issues when updating.

Thanks for reading hope someone can help!

    Cheers,

    Cameron

I could be wrong, but the data from the services displayed in your screenshot are autosaved to iCloud Drive. When you create an iCloud backup, it's an all or nothing type thing.

I see that Zero KB on mine all the time now. There's some asking and complaining about it on the Apple discussion board. No one seems to have a clue. It doesn't seem to affect anything. The correct info is just not there is all.

Hi both and thank u very much for your replies.

The fact that it is happening on other devices provides some reassurance! Hope Apple can fix it soon.

Cheers & have a nice day!

Your back up worked, it's just not showing the size. If you back out of that page, it should show your available iCloud storage. Subtract that from your total iCloud storage capacity, and that should be your back up size.
