My question is who manufacturers such clones. Why Apple dont take action against them. Is it illegal to buy them.
Please solve my doubts.

Interesting video you’ve made there. Why do you assume Apple hasn’t taken action against companies that produce knockoffs of their products? I feel like understanding that knockoffs are always going to be around and being an informed consumer is way more important than worrying about what Apple is doing about it. Your doubts could be solved by only purchasing Apple products directly from the manufacturer or from reputable retailers.
