    To those who don't own an Apple Watch or any other wearable device...I just wanna know how do you use your iPhone 6S to fulfil your fitness goals... What apps do you use, how do you track the progress with the health app & stuff.... What will I miss if I don't own an Apple Watch?

    If you have a third party heart rate sensor which can connect to the iPhone then that can replace the sensor of na apple watch. For steps you'll always need the phone on you, but I'm not sure if it's as precise as an apple watch. I miss a lot of steps because my phone is lying around, with an apple watch your sure that all your activity is tracked.

    I've been using MapMyRide for different outdoor stuff. It's nice but always a hassle getting your phone out of your bag to start it.

    I log my runs with runkeeper and use Spotify for music to stream to my jaybird X2's. That's all I need for a workout. Lol

    Ohh and I also use a Fitbit.
