Changing home screen doc app widgets

How do I change the doc icons on my iphone 6 s? My widgets dont jiggle any more when I hold them down.

Hmm.. try holding them a bit longer, maybe?
Or "hard reboot" your iPhone by holding Home + Power, with your phone powered on, until you see 's logo then you can release them. Doing that usually solves most issues

Also make sure that you aren't force pressing on the icons. Rest your finger on the screen, but don't push down.
