Is there a bluetooth headset out there that reads texts to you on the iphone 6s?

i do a lot of kayak fishing, and am looking for a bluetooth headset that will read texts to me as they come in on my iphone 6s.

does such a thing exist, and if so, what?

Use Siri... "Hey Siri - read my new text messages..."

I don't think there's anything like that. Not that I could find. Apple probably doesn't allow it for whatever reasons. Usually it's security.
