Size - very similar

Grip - non-slip (both)

Kickstand
Spigen: Simple style kickstand
Designskin: ring-type kickstand, 360 degree rotating (allows adjusting standing angle)

Additional feature
Spigen: has covers on ports.
Designskin: Ring type is very useful for droppers.
