Welcome to iMore! Do you see the charge indicator in the upper right corner? Between running background tasks (like syncing photos and emails), downloading apps, and other things that use up a tremendous amount of battery, it isn't surprising that your battery is at 25%.
Give it a day. You should be fine. If not, contact Apple Support or take your iPhone into an Apple Store.
