Phone numbers dialed by my wifes phone showing on my call list

The phone numbers dialed by my wife's 6S are showing on my called list as well. I have 6S as well. How do I stop this?

Do you share an iTunes account? And could she be making those calls while you both are on wifi? Now I'm NOT sure if this happens phone to phone, BUT my iDevices all share a common phone list also. For example last night I was able to answer my mother's call from my iMac. Plus I read texts all the time on my iPad. (And of course my Apple Watch takes calls and messages often)

In addition to what pkcable mentioned; it's best to have separate Apple ID's for the two of you because it prevents this type of thing from happening. You can also add Family Sharing for the two accounts later on if you wished.
