Instagram, Youtube, Google maps not connecting to wifi after 9.3 upgrade. What should I do?

Instagram youtube google maps not connecting to wifi after 9.3 upgrade

I updated my iphone 6s to 9.3 and since then instagram youtube google maps pandora are not working on my wifi or cellular data. Other apps like fb netflix vine are workig fine. Turned the phone on and off, reset wifi password still no luck. Should i go back to last version ?

Try resetting your network settings. Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

I have the same issue on my iPhone 6 iOS 9.3.1. The apps are saying that they can't connect to the internet. I tried reseting my network settings, but it didn't work. Any other advice?
