iPhone 6s with IOS 9.2.1 can't sign in to iTunes Store

Hi guys. I am going crazy here. My iPhone 6s is running ios 9.2.1 and I have been experiencing the Cannot conect to App Store problem. Tried everithing I have found on the internet and it did not worked.

The problem is after I tried to sign out of iTunes store I could never sign in again. I have connection and it is opening websites and everything, but it does not connect to iTunes store no matter what I try...

I have access just to wi-fi as I am offshore, that is so annoying... Suggestions??

Upgrade to 9.3. I had an issue with Siri Apple Support couldn't help me with for a month already, while this update made the problem go away. There might be something for you too.
