Call screen remove on the 6s?

Call screen remove 6s

How can I get rid of the call screen when I'm in the middle of something? Currently I look at the screen the whole time until a call ends. How can I get rid of it without the other person knowing?

If you mean shrink the screen so you can see other things on your phone, just press the home button and it will bring you back to your springboard.

I've tried that. I can't remember but either the screen stays on or it ends the call so the other person knows.
