My iPhone 6s camera icon is not found. How can I get it back?

My iphone 6s camera icon is not found.

I have gone to Settings-general-restrictions and the restrictions button is set to "off" however when I go to the next screen, I cannot move the toggle switch on the camera to "on"-the whole screen is unavailable to change. HELP?

If "Restrictions" are OFF, then the next screen will absolutely be greyed out (unavailable). That screen is only used to turn specific restrictions on or off once the overall restrictions are enabled.

Use the Spotlight Search to search for the Camera app. Perhaps it is in a folder.

Yes, Spotlight Search will tell you where it is. Mine says it's in the Photography folder.
