New iPhone 6S-Updating iCloud settings for ages!

Hi I bought an iPhone 6S from the Apple Store in China today and it is taking forever to update the iCloud settings... Any ideas why it is taking so long?

No, but make sure you have a stable internet connection. You can always restart the process, by the way.
