My iPhone 6s 64gb has a strange clicking noise when I put a tiny bit of pressure on the home button (not actually pressing it down fully) so quite often when I actually do push it down properly it clicks twice, if I press towards the top of the home button it makes a much louder click than anywhere else,

Has anyone else got this problem or know a fix for it? (My phone is 3 months old by the way)

Nope. I've not noticed anything like that. Make a Genius Bar appointment with the nearest Apple Store and have them check it out.

As far as I know, that noise is fairly normal. Many have experienced it since the Touch ID began with the 5s. It doesn't seem to create any problems. Might be annoying for some though.

Very annoying, it does it more often than not but I can't remember i had this problem with my 5s,

I could take it back but but from what I have found they just say it's normal and if they do replace it will be a refurb and I don't want to exchange for a refurb

Nothing wrong with a refurbished. Good as new. I would try if it bothered me enough.

Apple refurbs are like new. I wouldn't hesitate for a second getting one

In some cases they're better than new, from my experience. They get a closer inspection by Apple techs than a new one gets going through the assembly line.

My 1 month old 6s home button just suddenly starts clicking too, intermittently. Not sure what triggers it to cone and go. I notice that when it clicks, touch ID takes a bit longer to work. What causes this clicking?
