Why does my iPhone 6s show that nobody is calling?

I phone 6s shows nobody calling

I phone 6s on iOS 9.2
If somebody phones it just vibrates with no ring tone it also does not show who's calling or that I have a incoming call the screen just stays blank or stays on whatever screen I am looking at it does not even show I had a missed call ?

Welcome to iMore! Have you tried resetting? Reset your device by holding the power button and home button down simultaneously until you see the Apple boot logo. If that doesn't work you could just have a corrupt iOS installation. In that event, run a restore through iTunes. If you need help with that go here: http://m.imore.com/restore-iphone-ipad-itunes
