Hi all. I just bought a 16gb iPhone 6 for $480 Canadian. The screen and rest of the phone is immaculate with the exception of a small ding by the headphone port. Assuming the previous user was plugging in headphones without looking. Attaching a photo. Phone is in warranty until end of March 2016.

Do you feel the $480 Canadian dollars with the ding is worth it?

I know this is the 6s forum, was hoping posting here as well is acceptable as there may be more traffic here where people could respond.

Also, is it overly difficult to replace the housing if I opted to order in something different. Did I get a good deal?-imageuploadedbyimore-forums1449797131.434534.jpg

    Thanks

If the phone is already in your hands, don't ask questions like this. If the answer is anything other than what you want to hear, you'll just be disappointed.

Just enjoy your device! As long as it works ok, the ding is irrelevant. At least you got the first one out of the way by buying it that way

Haha, I honestly don't live and die by my phone. Was more or less curious on whether the amount paid with the ding is acceptable. Based on what I see on EBay, Swappa and Kijiji it looks like a yes but was curious on members thoughts

What does it matter whether or not you got a good deal? The deal is done now right?

Because I was simply curious, based on member feedback on whether I got a good deal or not buying it at the amount I did. I am a really easy going guy but have no patience for unhelpful useless banter such as your reply. Thanks.

Just seems like a pointless question. If everyone would have responded that you got a horrible deal you'd feel pretty bad about your decision. It's nobody's place to tell you how good or bad of a deal you got on something you can't change. Just enjoy your device.

Assumption, I was raised to never assume for this exact reason. You are wrong I don't live and die by my phone and as previously stated was simply curious. If I got a great deal then nice to know, if I didn't then I also appreciate knowing that too. Either way isn't impacting my day.

Pointless question to you, clearly not to me or I would not have posted it. We can go on our merry way now, if you have no interest in actually answering the question I presented then I am failing to understand the need to continue being an active reader in the post.

    Cheers.
