How can I restore my iPhone 6s from iCloud?

I got a replacement after damage and am restoring from icloud but the screen is white with a black apple logo and nothing is happening. any advice?

Reboot or connect it to your computer to restore it via iTunes. Afterwards, select to restore from an iCloud backup when prompted.
