Things you may want to try:

Submit feedback to Apple
Reboot (power and home buttons together)
Restoring as new

You could also make a genius appointment if it's bothering you that much. I haven't had any issues

It's not just bothering me...it's been an issue since ios 8. I have submitted it, and your damn "geniuses" can't figure it out either.
