Is there a way to press on a phone number within an email or text message and either call that number or send a text to that number?

How about voice commands for the camera, such as"smile" to take a picture?

Is there a way to copy and paste within an email using the gmail app?

I use Outlook email and when I tap on the phone number in an email it automatically calls the number. Within a text message, you do have the option to "send a message" to the number.

The earpods that come with the iPhone has the option to use the up volume to snap photos. I like that.

You can use Siri to open the camera app but not to actually take the picture for you.
You can use Siri to open any camera app of your choice.
