Decided to clean out my phone, and that necessitated a revamp of my homescreen.

I changed the wallpaper but still using folders (I'm getting a little bored with it though).

I'm not too fond of the extra step to open a folder to open an app but I prefer to have everything on one screen.

It's really up to each individual. It took me a while to figure out what order. I put all the apps I use the most, or want quick access to on the front page. On the other pages they're grouped in "Type". and then I put all the miscellaneous apps in folders on the back page.

Oh yes I have had the same layout since my 6, and similar on the 5S (less icons). I'm OCD

I can totally relate! I once had to have my 5s wiped, and reinstall everything because something in the backup was corrupt. Before I started it, I was so afraid of forgetting the order I had my apps in that I took screenshots of all pages, emailed them to myself, and even printed them out.
