How old do I have to be to purchase an unlocked 6s

Is there an age restriction on buying an unlocked 6s? I'm sixteen and have been saving for months but my parents won't go with me to get one. What are my options?

I don't think it's a age limit to purchase the iPhone 6s without a contract.

I think you have to be at least 18 years of age, but call Apple 800-275-2273 to make sure.

Just got off the phone with Apple (yes, I was also curious about the answer), and the Apple Rep said it shouldn't be a problem, but call the Apple store that you're going to, just to make sure.
