How do you feel about the weight gain?

I read somewhere that the weight gain is almost solely on the 3D Touch screen. I also think the Taptic Engine plays a part in the weight gain too.

Not passing this off as fact but it would make sense.

I think they also slightly reinforced with the new aluminum. Especially around the volume buttons where most of the bending had occurred. I bet this device is going to awesomely solid.

Lyons, Tigers and Bears...OH MY. I might have to buy a Derrick (no pun intended) to lift my next iPhone (6s Plus)

I'm starting my new workout routine for this. Some forearm exercises, bicep curls and shoulder presses (for when you need to hold your phone against your shoulder for those rare hands free occasions) should do, make sure to not go overboard and lift too heavy, you want your muscles to develop well without injuring yourself.

If you want to be cautious, I'd do some squats too, so you can handle the phone in your pants without being weighed down.

;)

5s...3.95 ounces (112 grams)
6....4.55 ounces (129 grams)
6+.... 6.07 ounces (172 grams)
6s... 5.04 ounces (143 grams)
6s+... 6.77 ounces (192 grams)

If you can tell the difference between a 6/6s or 6+/6s+ you're a better person than I

6.03 to 6.77 is pretty significant. That's going to be noticeable.

I don't care about the weight, it may even weigh twice as much, then maybe they could fit in a bigger battery. Battery life is what counts for me.

I personally enjoyed the heaviness of the 4s. When I got the 5 it felt too flimsy. Maybe that's just me though.

Actually, I've never held a 5c. What's that like? Feels pretty solid, I bet.

It feels about the same weight as the 6s, only in a 4' size. The plastic feels kind of slippery. It's not bad though if you use a thin case with grip.

I use the same type of cases on my 6s.

I don't really feel much of a difference. I personally like solid feeling phones. Have always thought that the Samsung Galaxy phones felt cheap and too light. Glad the 6S has a little heft to it.
