why wont my iPhone stop restarting?

i got my battery on my iPhone6+ replaced today and did what i was told and let it go completely flat, as i put it on charge and it turned on i updated it and now that its updated it wont stop restarting when its on charge. I've looked at how to do a factory restart nut its impossible for me to do.

Have you tried connecting it to iTunes and see if you can restore it as new?

Where did you get your battery replaced? Why would they tell you to let it go completely dead? You normally don’t do that with a new battery. Seems like whoever replaced it damaged your device.

i cant connect it to iTunes cause its completely flat and i cant get it to stay on for long enough to do anything with it
