Why don’t I have the live wallpaper option?

I have an iPhone 6s Plus and I just updated to IOS 11. And I go to my wallpaper because I wanted the live wallpaper and it isn’t an option for me. It only has the still and perspective options. I’ve tried a hard restart. I tried turning low power mode in and off I still have no live wallpaper option.

It should be there. It shows on my Wife's iPhone 7 running iOS 11. Try Reset All Settings.
Reset All Settings
Go to Settings >General >Reset >Reset All Settings. This resets to default everything in Settings, including notifications, alerts, brightness, and clock settings like wake up alarms.
