Set default apps

I saw a blog post a while back of an iPhone app that let you set the Default app for opening things like web pages. I can't remember the name but think it was something like Open With and is available in the App Store via iTunes. But I can't remember the name.

I’ve never heard of such an app, but if someone has, maybe they’ll reply soon.

iOS doesn’t allow default apps to be changed so I can’t help but question the validity of any app claiming to allow it.
