Storm is the best I've found. Have been using it for awhile. Lots of options.

I use Dark Sky and Yahoo! weather. Yahoo weather is pretty and provides the information I want in a logical manner. Dark Sky is great on warning when it is about to rain and how long it will last.

I have a love/hate with BeWeather. I like the app but it doesn't always work the way it's supposed to. I uninstall it and re-install it all the time!

Carrot is accurate and gets lots of updates. The Apple Watch complication is great, too.
