I use AccuWeather. It has MinuteCast, that gives you the forecast for your exact area.

Storm is the best I've found. Have been using it for awhile. Lots of options.

BeWeather 2 and Carrot Weather are the most fun. eWeather HD is nice as well.

I use Weather Live and Storm and I'm very happy with them both. Highly recommended to try out.

I use Dark Sky and Yahoo! weather. Yahoo weather is pretty and provides the information I want in a logical manner. Dark Sky is great on warning when it is about to rain and how long it will last.

I have a love/hate with BeWeather. I like the app but it doesn't always work the way it's supposed to. I uninstall it and re-install it all the time!

Wunderground is my preferred. I don't care for AccuWeather. I use Carrot on my Apple Watch bc the Wunderground app won't load.
