    When I connect it , it says that it's syncing, but none of the music transfers.

    Try a hard reset on your phone by holding the home & power button at the same time till you see the apple logo then release. Then also reboot your computer. Make sure you are running the lastest version of iTunes on your computer and the most current version of iOS on your phone. Hope this solves it for you.
