Welcome to iMore! What kind of data other than memos?
About the only thing I know to do with memos, is either email them to yourself, or use Box or Dropbox.

If your service provider has an app/service try that... or find a 3rd party cellular sales/repair provider that has a CellBrite machine that provides the service.

Definitely try the Android to iOS migration tool. My results have been mixed (It worked for my mother-in-law), but Google Drive or Dropbox is a good alternative as well.
