The gold has a kinda bright color to me & the rose gold is kinda pink. It looks like a metallic pink imo. Both nice colors, just not for me.

I think it's personal preference, for sure. Do you want more of a pink gold or a regular gold? Neither is really "better" Get the one you like best and enjoy it!

I like both. I much prefer the Gold though over Rose Gold as it looks more pinkish.

I currently have the space grey iPhone 6 Plus and the gold iPhone 6S Plus. Rose Gold is a nice color and quite pretty, but it's not for me. Having said that, only you can determine which is best for you. Good luck with your decision.

I started out with the Gold 6S and then swapped it for a Rose Gold 6S Plus (gold was out of stock, but I've grown to really like the rose gold), they both look really nice, it's a matter of preference. The best way to decide is to go to the Apple store and look at them.

They are both fairly understated colors. Depending on the lighting conditions, the Rose Gold can look like metallic pink, but most of the time to me it looks like a reddish bronze color, almost like copper.

I also like the Rose gold because even here in Silicon Valley (I'm ~30 mins from Cupertino), I don't see the Rose Gold models very often, so it's a little more unique in the sea of iClones.

It all boils down to personal preference, as stated above. They are both white from the front anyway, so when you are using the phone, it doesn't matter at all.

If you are asking for personal preference, well, mine would be: Gold is better than Rose Gold. Rose Gold looks nice on the watch, but way too gaudy for my liking on the 6S plus. Then again, I got the Space Gray version, so I'm the wrong person to be advancing an opinion ;-).

For me it comes down to what does your eye prefer more. It is a colour and a preference. If you use a cover on it, then it will matter even less. Final decision is up to you. Personally I think both are nice colours, but have gone with Space Grey myself because I like the black front. I would like gold with a black front even more. Good luck with your decision!

You should definitely get the rose gold or the gold 6S+. One of those will be best for you. For sure. Either one will do. It's a personal choice that only you can make. Don't pay attention to what others say. Don't worry about which looks more feminine or masculine or whatever, because it only matters what you think. So go check them out at an Apple Store and chose which you like best. So either the rose gold or the gold.

For me gold. I know that I was able to convince several of my female coworkers to switch from Android to IOS just for Rose Gold. I would have went Rose Gold if it was more of a copper shade vs pink, like true Rose Gold.

I have the rose gold version and I think it looks fine. It is pinkish at times but, I see copper colors too. I haven't seen too many in my area but when I did, two were carried by guys.

My husband had a gold 6s plus before he accidentally dropped his phone in the hot tub lol. Then he decided to change it up a bit and get the Rose Gold 6s plus. He rocks it with a clear case. At first he thought it was too pink. But then the color grew on him. Now he loves it and doesn't care what people think. both are very nice colors. Trust me around my area men are buying the Rose Gold in droves.

The rose gold for the latest iPhone are most popular as it's also the newest color. I got gold for my 6s Plus as then, rose gold ones are constantly out of stock and now, there are lots of people using rose gold until it becomes common over gold.

But the majority of rose gold owners I see here locally are women.
