The plus has a bigger battery and last longer. the 6s would be out of juice towards the end of the day while the plus consistently lasts about a day and a half (on my normal usage) your mileage may vary. The flip side is that the plus is very slow to charge when using the included 5w charger

Can the 6s+ be charged with a stronger charger than the original one without badly affecting the battery?

I am a heavy iPhone user and I have had both the 6s and the 6s Plus and IMO the 6s Plus gets dramatically better battery life then the 6s. But battery life is somewhat subjective in the sense that it really depends on how you setup and actually use the iPhone.

And that will not badly affect the life span of the battery?

No it will not... any different than charging with the 5w cable
