Case for walking

Looking for a case that will work over winter jacket for walking at night that allows led flash to show as a safety light to oncoming traffic. Any ideas?

i would try amazon i am sure you can find something that would work .. like a arm band or some sort

My suggestion is get a lamp like Petzl makes, and keep the phone safe in your coat. The right headlamp will offer so much more. It will be the right tool.
