Will I be able to record in slow motion on the 6s Plus camera in 4k

First will the 6s Plus have a 4k recording camera? If so, will I be able to record in 4k in slow motion?

4K recording is 30fps only.
It will be a while before ANY consumer device is going to be able to capture >120 fps UHD! Let alone a cell phone.
Not to mention playback issues on most platforms.
