If the 6s Plus doesn't come with a FM radio tuner in it, is there a way I can install one? If so, which do you recommend?

If you want an FM Tuner buy a 7th gen iPod and when you plug in the EarPods it will work as the antenna.

You can buy fm transmitters for any Bluetooth enabled devices simply pair the transmitter with the phone and tune in on the channel chosen by you.
They are very cheap, starting at $15

That won't help as the OP wants to listen to FM radio OTA on their phone...

Interesting that this was brought up...I was just reading this article the other day wondering why we didn't have access to listening to radio in this regard (if someone wanted to). Looks like it's a feature on nearly every device that is simply deactivated in some way...

If you read the article you would see fm radio uses four to five times less power than cell data. It's in the phone, should be turned on in my $1,000 device.

My suggestion would be to provide feedback to Apple:

I use TuneIn Pro App. Not the same as real FM radio but it's better than nothing.
