Upgrade to 6+ or 6s+ from 5?

I currently have a 16gb 5 and can do an upgrade on my grandfathered contract price.

That said, should I upgrade to a 64gb 6+ or 6s+?

I can't really see a need for the better camera and 3d touch doesn't seem like a huge advantage for me (cool, but not necessary).

The only real advantage I can see is the faster processor and (possibly) more RAM.

Is it worth the extra $100 for the s?

If you're going to upgrade and not buy it outright, you might as well upgrade to the 64 GB iPhone 6S Plus, in my opinion. I mean, if you're going to commit to a 2-year contract, get the latest and greatest.

It seems like you answered your own question in your initial post...what difference does it make if I find it worth the extra $100 if you already don't?

I'd say the 6s+ will be a little more future proof and supported longer, so if you have the extra $100 I would get the latest and greatest if you plan on keeping it 2 years (or more)
