    Recently the Phone icone and some letters(qweasz) stop working.I can receive text message but can not reply.
    The rest is OK, Zoom also ok and the iphone was not dropped.
    I reset it and even did factory reset and still the same.
    I don't know what to do!!!!
    Can someone help me please?

    Thank you very much for your suggestion.
    I'm from Montreal, Canada,here on vacation and much to far from any Apple Store.
    Any other suggestions?

    Since you’ve stated that you’ve done both a soft reset and a factory reset, there’s nothing more to do unless you’re willing to put the device in DFU mode to allow iTunes to install a fresh full copy of the latest iOS version and then set up the device as new afterwards.

    Hi again
    If I put in DFU mode and it does not solve my problems will I be able to reset it and get on my PC Thru iTunes a previous backup?

    Yes. You can always restore from a previous backup.
