keyboard on iPhone 6

Recently the Phone icone and some letters(qweasz) stop working.I can receive text message but can not reply.
The rest is OK, Zoom also ok and the iphone was not dropped.
I reset it and even did factory reset and still the same.
I don't know what to do!!!!
Can someone help me please?

Since you’ve stated that you’ve done both a soft reset and a factory reset, there’s nothing more to do unless you’re willing to put the device in DFU mode to allow iTunes to install a fresh full copy of the latest iOS version and then set up the device as new afterwards.

Yes. You can always restore from a previous backup.
