Small voice on the headset on iphone 6 with ios 11

How to fix headset or handsfree issue a small sound on iPhone 6 with iOS 11 ?? The headset or handsfree is too small to hear

I’m going to assumed you tried increasing the volume of the headset and/or your hands free device. With that in mind, is the “small sound” you’re referring to in regard to voice or music?
