Why is my iPhone 6 unable to connect to the network or use an sim cards?

Iphone 6 Cant connect to networ or use any Sim card.

I think it might be that my modem is not working [I cant connect to any local networks to have my cell phone working , I can use Wifi and the phone as a tablet but cant use the phone to call, it does not recognize and keep showing me the icon of searching..]
Can I try and fix it by entering the DFU mode?
Or how can I try to have my Sim to work?
I changed Sims, restored my Iphone and still the same

Check with your wireless carrier. It's possible that your wireless service has been terminated or temporarily disconnected. The device could also be blacklisted.

I did that, wireless is working, just cant get the Iphoe to recognize the sim card host company so I don't have the phone calls and other perks that come with the carrier sim company such as the int'
Is their a way for me to fix this on my own?
I changed Sims already.

If your iPhone says searching after you insert a sim then it does indeed recognize the sim card. Otherwise it would say No Sim.
I would suggest taking a good known sim from another phone and testing it. If it stays on searching i would then reset network settings. If it still fails take it to an apple store.
