Interface of Instagram

Is there anyone who solved the problem with the new interface of Instagram? Even now after all updates of Instagram I didn`t received the new interface. I have just the new logo. I have tried to reinstall the application, I reset the phone to factory settings... but the problem persists.
(iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.2)

From what I've read it's an account level issue, which is why the old interface persists even after deleting and reinstalling the app. I have not seen any apparent solutions though aside from "wait". By chance, did you originate your Instagram account outside of the United States? I'm wondering if that plays a role.

Yes, actually it`s origin is in Europe.
