I just googled this for you and I know for sure my phone is refurbished, as it was replaced due to a worn out battery.

But according to what I found on the internet my phone is not refurbished.

But don't worry about refurbished iPhones. They get checked better on flaws and errors than regular iPhones.

If you bought from Apple, their refurbished phones have brand new housings and batteries. You'll never notice a difference.
