Why won't the ringtones work on my iPhone 6?

My ring tone won't work on my iPhone 6

The ring tone songs are in my phone but won't play those songs when my phone rings.

Try hard reset: Hold Sleep/Wake and Home button at same time till screen goes black...then release both immediately. Wait 10 seconds, then power your phone back on. See if that helps.

The phone can only play one ringtone at a time. Having said that, is it safe to assume you have a specific ringtone set. Also, make sure those songs have been transformed into ringtone format.
