First of all, I'm sorry for my bad english.

Can someone tell me. I've paid 0.99 euro to buy a song from iTunes, downloaded it and saved it in the "Music" app. How can I set this song as a ringtone. Thank you so much.

    Welcome to iMore!

You will need a ringtone maker app to do it on your iPhone. Open the App Store on your iPhone and click on Search at the bottom of the page. Once the search page opens type Ringtones in the search field. Many free apps for making ringtones will appear. Just find the one that best suits your needs, download it and away you go.

No. If you can't do it on computer, then you have to pay for the Ringtone. Thus, iTunes.

Maybe using Garage Band there's a way to do it free, but still have iTunes.
