Iphone 6s 16gb or Iphone 6 64gb?

Im currently holding iphone 5, I want to upgrade my phone, thinking of buying iphone6s, but the price for ihpone 6s 16=iphone 6 64gb, and after seeing reviews I came to know that 16gb is not a much space, so please suggest whether I need to buy a iphone 6 64gb or 6s 16gb sine I heard that 6s is really good than iphone 6 based on Ram and processor, please suggest me the better idea.

That's a hard choice! The 6s is definnitely a better phone, but also very expensive. Maybe you could wait a little longer, earn some money, and get the 6s 64 gb? The 6s might go down in price when the 7 releases. In my opinion, the 64 gb is necessary so that you can have all the apps, photos, and vids you want. If you get the 16 gb, you'll probably use up all the space in a year.
