How do I delete pictures off my Phone 6S with Win 10

I can find the phone with Windows Explorer. I can copy the pictures and paste them to my Pictures in Windows. I was able to do it one time and I removed a few pictures that I didn't want off my phone. I can't put them back on either now?

Welcome to iMore. Here is a guide on how to transfer images from your iPhone to Windows 10. iTunes is your easy and best way to do it. Through iTunes you can then manage your images. It is what I use but on the Mac side of things. Found it to be the easiest way.
